Refund Policy

1. Failed calls: automatic, always

If an API call fails because of a system error — a model timeout, an infrastructure failure, anything on our side — the call is refunded automatically. It never counts against your quota and you are never charged for it. This happens without you needing to ask.

2. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your quota until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing cycle.

A subscription charge is refundable within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 100 API calls have been made during that billing period. Refunds go to the original payment method. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge; please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Beyond that — charged in error, upgraded by mistake, Service unusable — email us and we will make it right, case by case, at hello@spendict.com.

3. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. The Service is a digital service whose performance begins immediately at your request when you start making calls; where you have used the Service, the withdrawal right may be limited accordingly under applicable law. Where the right applies, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will process the withdrawal.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@spendict.com from your account email, with the invoice or billing date. We respond to every request.
