2. The Service
Spendict provides programmatic assessments of ad creatives, campaign structures, campaign performance data, and targeting strategies. Verdicts are produced by a model whose proposals are recomputed and gated server-side under fixed rules.
Verdicts are professional-judgment style assessments provided for decision support. They are advisory, not guarantees of advertising performance. You remain solely responsible for what you launch, for your advertising spend, and for the legal compliance of your ads on each platform.
Spendict never writes to your ad accounts. It only reads what you send it and returns a verdict.
3. Accounts and API keys
You need an account to obtain API keys. When registering you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your keys.
Keys are secrets: do not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code. Keys are stored by us only as cryptographic hashes (SHA-256); rotate a key immediately if you suspect exposure, and notify us of any unauthorized access at hello@spendict.com. We may revoke keys that are compromised or used in violation of these terms.
4. Plans, quotas and billing
Plans include a monthly call quota (see Pricing). The quota is checked before every inference call; usage beyond the quota is billed at the applicable per-call rate. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Calls that fail due to a system error are refunded automatically and do not count against your quota. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.
Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We give at least 30 days’ notice of pricing changes; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to assess unlawful advertising content;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct the Service’s prompts, scoring system, or models;
- resell or white-label the Service without our written consent;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits, or security measures — including by creating multiple accounts, rotating API keys, or using automated tools designed to bypass limits.
6. Intellectual property
The Service — including its scoring methodology, gating rules, calibration data, and software — is the intellectual property of Space Cadet d.o.o. You retain all rights to the content you submit; you grant us the limited license needed to process it and return results.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, or loss of business — including wasted advertising spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Service changes, communications and termination
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service (features, endpoints, response formats) as it evolves; where changes are material we give reasonable notice. By creating an account you consent to receive service notifications (account, billing, security); marketing communications require a separate opt-in.
You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Severance
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder of the terms continues in full force.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
